  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or store credit.
